Sonic The Hedgehog
Widgets are my thing of the hour.
They are exciting me. I guess you figured that bit out already.
Here is another one:
This is the best Sonic widget that I have come across. It runs fairly smoothly and is quite true to the game play principles of the original. I am finding it hard that there is a choice of characters, but that is cute.
It will be interesting (to me personally) to see what this done to the upload time of this blog now that it has mario and sonic on the same page.

Mario!
Okay, this isn't the best Mario widget on the internet: I quite like the one that i have in the 80's arcade on my website.
This widget does have the advantage of having a much smaller screen size though.
The game play is okay, for hte amount that is there, and it does bring back all those warm fuzzy "Mario" feelings. Mario responds slightly differently to the 'real' game, but I am sure the fingers will get used to the differences quickly.
The big problem with this widget is that they put a lot of crap at the top of the screen. Really, I am not interested in their ads, I know how to surf the internet myself, thanks. All that means is that I need to hide hide the crap with more stuff.

Getting Things Ready
Life is changing.
It is fun to evolve with life, to understa
nd that changes are happening and embrace them. That does not take away he growing pains that are part of the changes. It is not easy to quit things, to walk away from things, to let go.
Four weeks from the birth of our child I am letting go of things. I'm glad I'm letting go, and not being forced to let go because the hold is breaking. It is strange to watch friends or events slip away. Things that were important 12 months ago now seem meaningless.
Goodbye old life.
Hello new life.
